Frequently Asked Questions
Do you take insurance?
No, Attentive Mobility is an out-of-network provider, meaning, we do not bill insurance companies directly and are not in-contract with any insurance, including Medicare.

**HOWEVER, if you have out-of-network benefits (call and ask your insurance provider), we can provide you with a "Superbill" which you can submit for reimbursement on your own! Reimbursement rates vary between providers and plans.**

We DO accept HSA and FSA payments!
Why don't you take insurance?
Being out-of-network allows us to treat 1 on 1, spend more time with our patients, and provide high quality, customized treatments because our plan of care is not dictated by insurance companies. Our therapists aren't seeing 2-4 patients an hour, they're seeing 1, just you, which also leads to less burnout and a more than capable therapist! We want to be able to help you reach whatever goal you may have regarding your health, and being out-of-network allows us to do so. Since we get to spend so much more time together, our ability to teach and guide you improves significantly, leading to outcomes much quicker. Also, we are able to provide services that extend out of the clinic, for example, full exercise programming, nutrition assistance, lifestyle assistance, and immediate communication.

Do you only accept cash?
We accept all forms of payment: cash, check, debit card, credit card, as well as HSA, and FSA accounts!
Do I need a script?
No! You do not need a script to schedule an appointment with Attentive Mobility Physical Therapy.
